We are pleased to announce that funeral plan provider Memoria has successfully become registered with the FPA. Memoria has shown that they can meet the necessary criteria and have demonstrated compliance with our Rules and Code of Practice. The company is now officially a FPA registered provider of funeral plans.
Michael Hackney of Memorial said “We are an ethical online funeral company, with a network of crematoria and cemeteries throughout the UK. Taking the best possible care of clients is at the heart of what we do. We are delighted to have achieved the status of a registered provider, which we feel will give our clients added peace of mind regarding their purchase.”
Graeme McAusland CEO of the Funeral Planning Authority said “We are pleased to confirm Memoria’s registration with the FPA. In this time of potential transition in the funeral planning regulatory environment, it is more important than ever for customers to have reassurance that there is objective oversight of their plan provider. Memoria’s commitment to gaining FPA registration is to be welcomed and reinforces the FPA message to customers to only buy a plan from an FPA registered provider.”
